Chattogram Metropolitan Hashpatal has been proud to provide quality health care to the community of greater Chittagong for over 31 years as one of the region's best hospital. On September 15th, 1989, we opened the doors of Chattogram Metropolitan Hashpatal with just 30 inpatient beds, a mini-laboratory, and 100 employees in a two-storied rental building at 948, OR Nizam Road, Chattogram. As part of our commitment to our community and with the help and support of our honourable sponsors, employees, and physicians, we continued over the years to expand our facilities and services. In the year 2007, we had the honour of opening Our brand-new State-of-the-art facility-13 storied Modern Metropolitan Hospital Building at 698/752, OR Nizam Road, Chittagong. In the year 2010, we started Metropolitan Heart Center equipped with State-of-the-Art Cardiovascular equipment, a modern model Cath Lab machine, and cardiac operation theater for all types of cardiac surgeries, including CABG, ASD, VCD, TOF, etc. and Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Dialysis Unit, Gastroenterology Unit, Modern Maternity Center, five well-equipped operating theatres, we also have one modern cardiac operation theatre and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), Modern Diagnostic Laboratory and Radiology & Imaging Center with multi sliced CT Scan. In the year 2019, we started the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with world-class technology. It flourished day by day, Alhamdulillah!

Future Hospital Grade
We are now especially excited about the construction of our second state-of-the-art 20-story modern hospital building at 487/B OR Nizam Road, which will feature 'Hospital Grade' patient-friendly vinyl flooring. Metropolitan Hashpatal will expand facilities and services and help us achieve the goal of our most dedicated sponsor, "One Stop Medical Care for Entire Family."
With the advent of this marvellous new achievement, we will be able to present Chattogram Metropolitan Hashpatal Ltd. as one of the most modern, technically sophisticated medical institutes in the country, particularly Chattogram.
